INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

PPRC Pipe Installation Procedure

• Step1:
  Cut the pipe with specified cutter.
• Step2:
  Keep in mind to clean pipe and fittings before fusion.
• Step3:
  Push the pipe and the fitting into/on a welding tool and melt them for  few seconds. The exact time and depath   of warning depend on the diameter.
• Step4:
  Take the parts off the tool and inset the pipe carefully straight into the fitting.

Valves

Globe valves are named for their spherical body shape with the two halves of the body being separated by an internal baffle. This has an opening that forms a seat onto which a movableplug can be screwed in to close (or shut) the valve. The plug is also called a disc ordisk.In globe valves, the plug is connected to a stem which is operated by screw action using a handwheel in manual valves.
